HSN WEBSITE — OMG!!!
OMG — PLEASE do something about this miserable website — ACCESS DENIED ACCESS DENIED ACCESS DENIED. I have NEVER experienced such a miserable website than the HSN website. WHY can’t the problems be resolved so that customers can browse, shop, and TRY to have a little enjoyment.

cannot access my flex pays since yesterday getting a message we’ll be right back watch HSN TV? I was told they are aware of this and are working on it. I cannot even access the app and view my flex pays.

Today I was ordering from the phone app the Skinn Age Reset Advanced Night Cream and it kept say something like we are sorry there is an error with your order. I thought maybe it was sold out so I tried again and again. I came online to the website and say all these orders went through! Five orders of the cream. I tried to cancel it from the website but still got the we are sorry there is an error with your order.
Then I called HSN Customer Service and did the automated thing to cancel 4 of these orders. It worked that time.

Thank you for letting us know. We will report this to our I.T. department to have it addressed. Can you please let us know what you were doing/accessing when this happened and what device/browser you used? For example, were you watching the show or making a purchase? Were you on a mobile device or a computer and was it Android, Apple, PC/Google Chrome, Safari, etc. This will help us get to the root of the cause and fix it.

Today 5/31/26 on the front page of the website it says: “5 flexpays on everything, today only” however, nothing on the website is showing as 5 flexpays except Curtis Stone items but his items were 5 flexpays since yesterday. Not even the TSV for today is showing on 5 flexpays.
HSN IT department, please fix this issue. Thanks

I have the same issue. The item in my cart will only give 2 flex pays. I won’t be ordering it today then. I did see the same item on Amazon so maybe I will purchase it there instead. Either that or I will save it for later. Why does HSN have to be told by the customers when something is incorrect on their website? Don’t they employ people to monitor these things?

When I try to view my cart and checkout it keeps on going to HSN will be right. This has still been going on since Memorial Day. I chatted about it will it ever be fixed.

I haven’t had any issues but a friend of mine can’t access HSN on Facebook it is up and running but she can’t access it at all. Weird.
