hsn waiting time by phone

because hsn layed off all of there staff and so many left, now they are so short that there wait time is over an hour, this is unacceptable. there showing kitchen hq little hand choppers you pull the string. on line it only shows dark colors but the host said the pastels were good, the dark colors set of three were limited.hsn needs to get tech guys in there to put the correct information on there wed site. I tried getting threw a dozen times but the wait goes up from 50 minutes to one hour and now there sold out. thanks hsn!!

Did you ever try ordering on-line. It is so much easier than sitting by the phone. You can use your cell, or computer. It’s faster and you can always delete if it comes up incorrect. Also, you get to see the colors and if they had it for sale at another time, there is always the video.

  yes’ I tried ordering today the three minnie kitchen hq three minnie grader, choppers for $25.00 but it kept saying ” were sorry were having an error in placing your order. please try again or call customer service. I tried that and what a nightmare.

This has happened to me, and I found that if I closed myself all the way out of the web site, then open a new window and try again. This works most of the time. I think it is a glitch in the web page. Hope this helps you.
