Hsn tablet app going away 😡😡😡😡
Why is Hsn getting rid of the tablet app? I find it’s easier to look at all the details. WHAT THE HECK HSN/QVC?? Just keep destroying the relationship that we all enjoyed having with HSN, soon you won’t have anyone buying from you at all!!

I don’t use the app. Is there a different phone app than the tablet app? Tonight on Curtis Stone TS they have advertised the app and Marlo has mentioned it also. Weird if they are eliminating it.

Eliminating tablet app was not smart. Difficult using new way, slow, backward technology for customers who should be the priority. If the customer cannot easily view items and then order, why go through your ?saving money? if that is why he change was made.

Hi @fbn135 🙋🙋🙋🙋🙋
Thank you for giving other options. It’s just frustrating how much has changed, not for the good. I do enjoy playing the games and like watching the presentations. I do more window/screen shopping. -
I miss using the app the browser seems slow I just wish they would tell there customers the reason why qvc still has the app have not liked the changes miss iman and other vendors that have left

There is really no need to be upset. Just use a browser to go to HSN.com and you can do everything and more than you could with the app. I never use the app for anything. Good Luck!!

Not a fan of using the browser for HSN. Using the app is so much more convenient. I can see I will be purchasing less, so I guess that is a plus.
Dumb move on HSN’s part. Why take it away? Probably because iPad is imposing a fee or something, but they will lose more sales than if they just stayed with the iPad app.
Seems counterproductive to me……

I agree with MamaCK… WHY get rid of the tablet app?! 😡😡😡.
It is MUCH faster to place orders, scroll through items etc.
I’ve used it on my iPad for a long time and have purchased more because of it!
Just another disappointment.
I’ve been a loyal HSN customer for more than 30 years, and in recent months the changes I’ve witnessed all seem to make the consumer experience worse. -
