HSN shipping
I am so fed up with HSN’S shipping policy. We do not get mail delivery at our house, out in the country. So, we have a Post Office box for regular mail and small packages. FedEx and UPS can deliver to physical address. On some HSN items, the checkout screen will not allow our Post Office box number in any format. Not POB xxx, pobxxx, xxxpob or even #xxx. But HSN ships UPS Surepost, which delivers to the Post Office. What??? The PO employees will not look up the name to find a box #. We always have temps. PO employees say, we don’t deliver to this address and they send my packages back to HSN. If HSN is going to allow UPS to deliver packages to the Post Office then they need to allow a Post Office Box address in the shipping details.

I don’t have a mailbox at home. I have all my mail including packages delivered to the post office.
You need to talk to the Postmaster and explain the situation. You need to sign a document that allows you to use the address to your post office with your p.o. box number.
I use the post office’s address and my box is referred to as the unit number. For example, My post office’s address is 123 Elm St Anywhere, TX 12345, and my p.o. box # is 123. My delivery address for retailers that will NOT deliver to my p.o. box would be Skittles 123 Elm Street St Anywhere, Texas 12345 Unit # 123. When I use the street address of the post office, I have to refer to my p.o. box as a unit.
I signed this document several years ago after I told the postmaster about how could I use my p.o. box when retailers did not want to use a p.o. box.
Let me know how it turns out!
Good Luck to you!
