HSN ROUTINELY FAILS TO APPLY CREDIT FOR RETURNED ITEMS

After having problems here and the Q I started taking photos of all labels that I was sending out or write down the tracking number. If you have these numbers they can’t argue with you. It is sort of strange how often this happens.

Yes, that just happened to me too. My refund is nearly 2 weeks late under the guise that they need to do an investigation that can take up to 90 days. They are certainly complicating things. It used to be “you easily? return it” and the refund followed with in a few days. I guess next time I will just give the unwanted item to a charity and definitely slow my shopping with them. Wonder if Synchrony Bank is in trouble?

I haven’t had that happen, not yet, but it does take a long time for returns, and they did once give me spendable kash without telling me, and I had to ask for a refund instead.

Sometimes it does not go into your credit card, but rather into spendable kash. Just look under your profile to check on this.

I have been shopping here for about 40 years Since the outbreak of the pandemic it has happened to me on a few times. It’s starting to get old.

I have never had a problem, but it can take up to 2 weeks.
