HSN Return Labels
I had to return a Jukiana Rancic duster, while in post office I realized the return label is different. I didn’t have a return label. I had to pay foe return myself. This isn’t the first time, also QVC is doing this off and on! Not sure what is going on. Also, can the hosts go back to just being the host?!! So tired of all the schmoozing, and unnecessary chit chat. Just see, move it along! Sorry for ranting.

I’m at the library right now printing out a return form & label because there wasn’t one included in the package. This happens so often anymore I almost expect it. I used to have a printer at home which I purchased from HSN but it only worked for a short while so I had to get rid of it. It is easier to just go to the library. I also received a mailing label one time which was addressed to me. I didn’t notice it when I sent the item back and a day or two later it was re-delivered to me!
I always use ups now instead of the post office, They are so much faster. The minute I walk in there is someone to take your package and they give you a much better receipt than USPS does. Also, their offices are much newer and cleaner than the post office. -
As I was standing in line at the UPS store I noticed that the easy return label they provided was addressed to me! Why would they do that? Glad I caught it. Wasted trip. Inspect your return labels closely and don’t rely on HSN to do their job right.

My issue is, I prefer to return items via UPS, instead of US Mail. UPS has better tracking, and better insurance. (UPS insures first $100 value). If HSN only provides a US Mail Easy Return label, I go to my Order Status for the item, select Return via UPS, and save the UPS Easy Return label to my hard drive. I do not have a printer, so I copy the UPS label to a thumb drive and take it to the library to print. I know this sounds like a lot of work, but I am a frequent library patron, so I will be at the library at least once a month anyway. Just another option for folks who may not have a printer.

Tippy, no need to apologize for your rant. I agree that HSN is letting the hosts act silly…too much twerking, chit chat with the models, and treating the customers like kids who need to be entertained. I usually just shop on the web site…..I get more info there than a side show from HSN’s hosts. Rant on!

I’ve vowed to myself if I receive one more item from either HSN or QVC without a return label, I’M DONE! I will not order again from them. If my printer is on the fritz and I must wait to receive a return label thru snail mail, it’s too much of a hassle. Right now I have about 10 items on order so it’s going to be an interesting wait.

I rarely return anything, but need to now and will have to either print off a label (pain in the rear) or go inside the post office, wait in line, and pay for its return that way which is a bigger pain in the rear because there is no EASY RETURN label. That needs to come back. When did they stop the EASY RETURN labels? All of these years they’ve had them. Clothes NEED to have them for sure! We never know what something is going to look like on us until we get it.

I have to agree with the frustration over return labels. Some items have them and others don’t. I just received a Marla Wynne dress that I may have to return and it did not have a return label attached. I was able to go to my orders on HSN and found a place to print a return label. Thankfully my finicky printer was working. Some who shop here may not have access to a printer and that makes returns very difficult. I hope HSN returns to including labels with every order.
