HSN prices and shipping
Wow….out of sight. I realize things eventually go up in price for one reason or another BUT……ridiculous. This has really cut my shopping at HSN down to zilch. Local stores like Ross, Marshalls etc. will definitely be my go to place for some time.

If I”m not mistaken, they use to ship beauty items free. Now they charge for each!

I agree. HSN’s prices are too much for items that are not worth it. I shop at Kohl’s or Macy’s for similar items, spending much less money and with 20-25 percent off. Special products, such as SKINN, I go to the Skinn.com website and order. My shopping habits have changed in the last few years. I’m trying to minimize my life.

I’m back to say when I saw my favorites go up in price…like $20+ and HSN sent me a VIP all day free S&H coupon on each item I purchased it certainly didn’t convince me to buy anything. Raising prices and charge shipping on top???? Don’t try to entice me with a coupon….insulting.

You would think in these trying times that they would have more deals and free shipping like other companies. I have more than seriously cut down my shopping here too.

Free shipping for sure. Especially when a brand is having a TS. It would be nice to see free shipping or even reduced shipping. I would think during a TS, customers are more likely to pick up multiple items so free/reduced shipping would definitely help. As far as price increases, prices have increased all over the country. Have you not noticed your grocery bill? FedEx and UPS have also signaled that they will be tacking on surcharges. I try in be balanced in how I think. I hate “shoulding” on people when I’m not privy to all the facts. JMO.

S & H price is how I decide if I really want/need the item. Never used to be that way. I hope they can help us out and offer better S & H prices. I’m sure they have noticed fewer sales since they upped S & H.

I was wondering the same thing. Tus a shame HSN. Losing your identity since QVC acquisition

You are right. I feel the shipping charges and the quality of their items are not worth it. So happy TJ MAXX and Home Goods are opened now. I don’t want to deal with these companies any more. And another thing, please check your bills. QVC( and I’m sure HSN as well)do not refund the taxes you’ve paid on a returned item. I’ve tried to contact QVC both online and on the phone and cannot get an answer as to why they do this? I’ve gotten to I send items back on my own and in 99% of the time, I pay $2-$3 LESS than their fees.
