Has anyone been having a problem with the HSN phone app crashing?

Yes, all day, I have uninstalled, reinstalled and rebooted my phone…nothing.

There has been a notice that the app was going away for awhile (I think it was on the App store and not HSN).

@skingirl13, @sharon818, @sheiknmahbhutti, the App is going away on tablets, but not on the phone. I’m sorry that you all are having these problems shopping. Can you please provide me with the type and model of phone you are using and a few details about what is happening? I would like to escalate your concerns.

  Hi Angela, I am on an android-Galaxy Note 9. I like Sheikmanbhutti, have to uninstall, reinstall in order to gain access. Thanks for your help.

  Google Pixel 2 Android. Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall. It just won’t open at all. Dialog box says app info close app and return to app

  I am having this problem now, on May 5, 2021. The HSN app continues to crash. Sometimes it crashes immediately, sometimes it happens when I hit ‘log in’, or ‘shop’, but it always crashes within 5-10 seconds. I’ve been trying to place an order and obviously cannot until this glitch is resolved. I’m on an i-Phone 7 and have had absolutely no issues with any other apps.

Galaxy s9. Have to uninstall and reinstall every time you want to use the app.

Crashing on Galaxy S10 for a couple days now doesn’t work after installing and re installing either. Use this app a lot, please fix. :).
