HSN OUTLET STORE CLOSED IN NEW PORT RICHEY FLORIDA

Does anyone in the FL area have a clue as to why this store has been closed for weeks? Sign outside says CLOSED. No reason, no explanation. I’ve been trying to return one item for 3wks, made 3 trips to the store over 3wks and they’re closed every time. No explanation when you call the store either. There’s no one home! Anyone know what’s happening there? Thanks!

It’s temporarily closed because they had an electric fire. Hopefully they will open soon.

Hi all! There was an incident with the electrical box at our New Port Richey location that required we close the location temporarily. We are working to prepare the store for reopening and will post an update here once available.

  Thank you for the update! I & some friends are heading down that way next Tuesday and would normally visit there, so an update on its re-opening would be handy! Appreciate you following up. 👍
  (Now, if you could just suggest to the ‘powers that be’ to reopen the changing rooms at your outlets, that’d be fantastic… Hard to guess sizing and it’s a lonnng drive to return! 😄)

We stopped by the npr store this morning and were surprised at the closing, BUT, it looks like it might be good news because we could see a lady inside doing some work at the jewelry counter so maybe it wont be much longer. We can all hope.

Thanks for all that info. Sorry to hear of their misfortune. I didn’t see any damage to the outside of the store, but it had to be something serious to close down for all this time. Maybe inspections going on too. I went so far as to dial in to Live Chat, and they had no information on the store closing. Yes, they should have posted something for the people who frequent the NPR location. Thanks again folks!

I spoke with someone at the Largo store and they too said they had an electrical fire and they “might” be open this week, but I would check first with the Largo store.

About 3 weeks ago I was at the Bardmoor outlet and mentioned to an employee that we were going to head to the New Port one next and she told me that it was closed as they had some kind (I think electrical) fire and as a result, it’s closed. We ended up not making the drive over based on that. I looked at the outlet link on here, didn’t say a word about it. Sounds like it was true but HSN should really communicate something as I would have been super annoyed to make that drive to find it closed.
So I just called them direct and hit 2 for the hours, after announcing the hours it said they are temporarily closed until til “mid-June”. They should really update the page here to let people know!
