HSN OUTLET STORE CLOSED IN NEW PORT RICHEY FLORIDA
Does anyone in the FL area have a clue as to why this store has been closed for weeks? Sign outside says CLOSED. No reason, no explanation. I’ve been trying to return one item for 3wks, made 3 trips to the store over 3wks and they’re closed every time. No explanation when you call the store either. There’s no one home! Anyone know what’s happening there? Thanks!

Just called and it’s official .. they’re open! Apologies for confusion in my last msg. 7/1 with an exclamation mark looked like 7/11 to me… I’m Happy Dancing then I’m going shopping! Thanks to everyone for all the info!

@jazzmine hooray! It may have taken them a little longer to open versus what the normal store hours were since it’s been closed for a little bit. Now it’s time to shop. Enjoy!

Store is not open this Friday (which is today) for the July 4th w/e. Website still says closed. Our moderator gave us the date of 7/11 which is NEXT week, so perhaps doors will open then. Too bad, as I did see red/white/blue items in the store windows I guess for sale on the 4th. For now, putting a hold on that Happy Dance but looking forward to next Friday!

Hi @jazzmine, I was advised by the person that is in charge of the store reopening that it would be opened on 7/1 and was the date I provided (the exclamation point in my message could cause confusion).

Site doesn’t say ‘temporarily closed’ anymore, so I just phoned 1 minute ago and got their VM system. Seems no one is monitoring that either. No general announcement to customers via the VM system announcing store is opened … no way to even leave a call-back message as to whether the place is operating or not. Pretty exasperating that no one is minding the store or paying attention to their customers – we’re no one’s project. Disappointing.

Hi @jazzmine, I understand you’re anxious for the outlet to reopen. I posted on Friday that I’ve been closely monitoring the situation and would hopefully hear something about the store reopening very soon (Monday *fingers crossed*) and will provide the date once I have more information.

On the system google..when u look the npr store it was saying temporarily closed now saying open..is it open recording still says closed..
Please please please advise…we want out favorite shopping spot back -
Visited Hobby Lobby yesterday which is 2 doors away from the outlet. There were new decs in the front store windows, all RWB items for July 4th, and there were people inside, walking around, all masked. Probably prepping the store to re-open. Doors are still closed to the public, but I’d guess would reopen in in advance of 7/4 holiday. Say goodby to withdrawal syptoms … soon. Someone saw me looking in the window at them with my sad face, but they had no mercy… no admittance for me!

I visited the qvc & Bardmoor outlet yesterday. I heard they hope to open New Port Richey next Tuesday. (But I’d call ahead to be sure.)

I hear ya. There is a sign in the window saying they will honor and extend deadlines for returns and exchanges, which I do have one. Try to hold on! Don’t give in to those OWS … Outlet Withdrawal Symptoms! Perhaps when they finally do reopen, it’ll be a GRAND reopening with super-duper sales. Something good to look forward to. Outlet Therapy!! If I hear any whispers, I’ll keep the forum updated.
