HSN new hours
Is it for real? Is HSN customer services available monday to Thursday? is the best time to get them?

At the bottom of this page, it says “Customer Service — 8AM-1AM ET”

the women says from 8:00am to 1:00 pm Monday to Thursday and I’m saying what? do I don’t know what’s going on. I hope someone will explain as a lot of explaining is needed.

Sunshine, for over 5 days I was not able to sign in. When everything I tried on my own didn’t work, I contacted CS.. I contacted them starting about 3 pm. They were there each of the days I made contacted. All after 3 pm. The last contact was Friday late afternoon.
