HSN EMAILS

I don’t know what is going on. I am no longer receiving hsn emails about the t/s, and when to watch, sales, and promo codes. I received these for years and now stopped. I even signed up again for emails. Anyone else having this problem?

HSN, for several years I have not received the emails I signed up for, including TSVs. I changed my email address 6 weeks ago. Reentered my info to receive the emails I wanted, Still not working. Perhaps HSN is no longer sending them?

On another note, will the rewards be coming back?

I no longer receive emails also, no shipping notification and no coupons. I have not changed anything, and my communication preferences are the same as last year. This started in 2024.

  I think this started in 2024, but this was when I noticed it. Not getting an email that an item has shipped is very frustrating. No coupons, maybe someone is telling to stop shopping. Maybe the IT department will figure it out.

Same here regarding emails I been a customer for years and stopped receiving emails for tsv along with certain vendors to watch I had the same email for years and everything is checked in the boxes to receive the emails ongoing problem

Just had 2 orders ship out. Did not receive any emails stating they shipped. I have been working with HSN Social Care. They can’t seem to figure it out. Email to hsnsocialcare@hsn.com. Maybe if enough people complain about it they will seriously do something to fix the problem.

What is going with HSN, placed an order yesterday and NEVER received an order confirmation. Not receiving shipping notification and now order confirmation. Someone needs to do something about this.
