Hsn doesn't make it easy..
I just returned some items bc the pants legs weren’t even, the nightgown was apparently tried on and delivered to me in a ratty bag with no tissue paper and I waited a long time for that gown. Also returned sneakers in my size which were way too long and hurt where they were seamed inside. None of this was caused by me yet I got to wait on a very long Post Office line to return these items. I will be on the phone too, taking up my time to request that I not be charged return postage for these mishaps. Also, it will take a long time to see my return process all the while that HSN has my first payment plus tax. This is not easy for me and I’m not very happy about any of it.

Unless you don’t have the internet or you live in the middle of nowhere, the post office will collect parcels for free. When I have returned things, I’ve put them all into the same box and used one return label so at the worst they charge me for one return. If it’s hsn’s fault, I use the live chat which doesn’t usually take too long,to ask for the return postage back. I agree,though, those items should never have been sent to a customer, and returns do take a long time. Quality control doesn’t exist any more for many companies because it’s cheaper to take returns.
