HSN delayed order after order was confirmed.

on December 8 I ordered Curtis stone TS sandwich maker. Debbie D said there were 150 left in teal blue so I ordered it on line, was confirmed, HSN charged my card $23.43.about 12:00 am. at 12:41 I got another email saying sorry! we had to delay your order do to not enough quantity to fill your order. how does HSN always manage to pull this off? they did it toe last year with Bissell cross wave and honker Anking 22 PC.set. I ordered the sandwich maker on line. I’m sick & tired of HSN always pulling this on me. has this happened to anyone else?
