HSN Card/Balance

Everytime I receive my statement I always wonder why my balance never seems to move. I normally pay at least twenty dollars over the payment required. I called regarding this, and the answer was because I have flex pays and the interest incrued. And it’s funny, the hosts always lure the customers into getting the item(s) on flex pays. Well, enough is enough. I will pay off this balance, and be totally finish with HSN.
