High interest rate
Does anyone feel that their balance never seems to decrease? I have called about this to the bank, and their answer is because of the interest and the flex pays this is the reason why the balance doesn’t seem to get lower. I regret years ago in getting the HSN credit card. Once this balance is gone, will not buy from HSN again.

Most ‘store’ cards have much higher interest than a true visa or MasterCard – not sure why, but that has been my experience.
