Just want to let you know your company is HITTING my credit card for Lessman Vitamins that I returned in February and was refunded YET IN APRIL you are REBILLING ME via FLEXPAY for a refunded transaction!!
YOU CLAIM it is because HSN never received the return in the Warehouse YET I have the PO receipt, the initial February HSN chat transcript and a cell image of the Pkg AND tracking of the package i took to POSTOFFICE.
Yeah thats NightTime that no longer works as it should and AL added an extra ingredient that caused INSOMNIA and yes i left a bad review on the reformulation.
I did contact HSN and they said they have to “INVESTIGATE”. I contacted my bank and DISPUTED the charges you re-booked on my account and hit my card THREE MONTHS LATER!! With NO TRANSACTION Indication in my ACCOUNT HISTORY. Just a nastygram letter.
So Mr. Muller WELCOME TO HSN you can add me to the list of EX customers of HSN.

I totally understand! Returns take forever with both HSN and QVC , although Q is allowing you to email in advance your return info Still snail mail is ridiculous. Since HSN was bought out by QVC Returns have become a huge problem. They have incorporated the USPS into the mix. WHY????? It used to take 6 maybe 7 business days MAX once in warehouse to process a return. NOT ANYMORE. My last return was 29 days. My current returns I PAID FOR UP FRONT FULLY INSURED ON JULY 6 RECEIVED BY THE WAREHOUSE JULY 8 STILL NO RETURN JULY 22 2022 !!! I UNDERSTAND STAFFING ISSUES With COVID AND ALL BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS . CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF BUT IT IS INEVITABLE THEY MISS AN ITEM . NO I WILL WAIT AND LET IT GO THROUGH THE WAREHOUSE! FIRST. GET PEOPLE TO DO the JOB PAY THEM A FAIR WAGE CEOS MAKE A BIG SALARY!!!!!! DUMP THE USPS EVERY TRANSACTION Q AND H HAS WITH THEM I’M PRETTY SURE A NEGOTIATED FEE IS GIVEN BACK. $3.50 each item to ship $6.95 to ship back QVC TURN AROUND TIME IS TO LONG.

Sorry I can’t keep up with today’s lingo but when you say that the company is “hitting” your credit card, do you mean they are “charging your credit card?”

I sense that HSN will be reforming their policies about shipping and returns. Sometimes it takes 3-4 days to process an order. Just recently I noticed this process took less time than usual. They’re saying now they have free exchanges in an effort to keep those sales. However, they have made the return process harder for many of us. No sticky back return forms anymore. Use your printer to print label. Some people don’t have printers. Some items must go to the post office. Some items UPS. UPS will mail your items with a USPS label for you but no receipt so now you must take a picture of the label if you want to use the UPS service. One thing about Amazon, they process your return immediately because it’s in the system. That would be a terrific improvement instead of waiting so long for returns to be processed. I am not very happy with their shipping and return policies either and hope that Mr. Muller really is listening.
