Have QVC and HSN thought to ask their customers their opinion lately?

I have shopped with both networks for many years. I shop much less now for 2 reasons–high prices for mediocre quality. I don’t mind paying higher prices for good quality, but I do mind paying higher prices for not so good quality. Why is the price point for all basic design tops an average of $40 to $49? Plus, the shipping is high—-I understand that they don’t want returns, but we can’t try things on or feel the material, so what are we supposed to do? Spend an average of $10 to try something on, then send it back? Let’s retrain some of the hosts to be more helpful with sizing! And I agree that some of the remaining hosts are tiresome to watch!
