Have any of you been given and used a 20% coupon recently?

I have been sent several coupons the past couple months and they go through fine, the total reflects the coupon and all is great. Three times I have gone back and checked and the discount was removed! I tried customer service in this forum and was told “I’m sorry but your order does not show a coupon” No kidding, that was the issue I was writing in about! I didn’t even bother to respond and emailed customer service explaining the whole situation again to them and they did credit my order. Just had to email them again about same problem on a different order. I would never have even ordered these items without the coupon. Please check your order status and make sure the correct amount is reflected if you used a coupon. Even after checking several days later and having it there I have gone back weeks later and found it missing! Really strange and frustrating! Just wanted to give everyone a heads up about this problem, hopefully its not happening to anyone else!
