Has anyone tried cavitation with Rf for skin tightening?

I came across cavitation machines recently and have been very intrigued in the results that can be achieved … Has anyone tried this with any results to speak of? are they worth the investment?

i found this one on amazon but found this online much cheaper thats comes with lasers as well .
