MUCH LIKE DESPICABLE Q V C – ON YOUR ORDER HISTORY OR ORDER STATUS; HSN HAS ADOPTED THE “PACKAGING” STATUS JUST HOUR(S) AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDERS….
SO, UNLIKE THE OLD DAYS, WHEN HSN ALLOWED FOR A CANCELATION MANY HOURS AFTER PLACING IT….NOW, WITHIN AN HOUR OR SO, THE “PACKAGING” STATUS WILL NOT – (I REPEAT) NOT ALLOW YOU THE CHOICE TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF RECISION.
I WILL BE BUYING FAR (AND I MEAN LITTLE TO NOTHING) FROM EITHER OUTLET. THANK YOU, NO…..JUST NO.

That is not good at all, sometimes I cancel an order to switch sizes after I finally here the host or vendor talk about fit.

HSN has never allowed cancellation after midnight of the day ordered. I sincerely hope this has not changed or there are definitely things I would no longer order. There are simply times when I am very interested in an item and plan on keeping it but then need to change my mind. Midnight cancellation seems fair. Here’s hoping an HSN rep sees this and lets us know the status of this situation.

Yes, that is their new policy. Thanks to these boards I found out. I won’t ever order clorhes. It is too expensive to return ship. I remember when I could cancel from QVC the next day. HSN didn’t let you go past midnight.They will lose sales and eventually customers.

I ordered Curtis Stone steaks that had a one month delay ship. Since the order would come too late for me, I tried to cancel it. The service rep would not let me do that but I asked to speak to a manager since the item would not be packed for over a month. She gave me a refund but told me they could not cancel the order. She told me to donate the steaks to a charity/food bank which I did. I volunteer at a senior luncheon once a week and gave the steaks to some of the attendees. I also think twice about ordering anything now. if in doubt, I just do not order.

I am a new HSN Customer and am surprised they have any repeat customers. I was going to leave this review on “Customer Reviews” but the HSN guidelines on writing the reviews only allow the review on the product not the TERRIBLE HSN policies and pony express shipping. My first order was for a Cricut Maker on August 30, 2019. I was first disappointed I was charged shipping on a four hundred thirty something order, then I was “****** ***” that it wasn’ t “PROCCESSED “ until September 4th and finally delivered September 10th. I had also ordered a tablet August 31 that a HSN rep had told me was compatible with the maker, and heard the same can,t be cancelled responses, and was informed I would have the option of returning the tablet that was not compatible with the maker at my express. I ended up being transferred to a manager that was able to cancel the order, but not before the damage was done. It just seems like HSN does not care about their customers the way they should.

Thanks for the information I will be more careful and thoughtful of what I order I always relied on the fact that I could cancel before midnight. At least I had some time to think about the item will it fit is this the color I really want and things like that. I don’t like this new policy this and the shipping prices is giving me more of an incentive to shop elsewhere.
