I’m truly sorry that your order was canceled, @wellstar2014! When the order is placed, an authorization is made with your Financial Institution. When they see this, they will place a hold on the funds. If an order is canceled, the funds are not taken and the the hold is usually released within 72 hours, depending on your bank.
