Today after paying my last flexpay, I closed my account with Comenity Bank, after all the negative talk about Synchrony which will take over in August, I just decided to end it all, unfortunately since HSN is not the same I started doing business with, has changed from day to night since QVC has stepped in, I just don’t find any incentives, like coupons, discounts etc…to buy anything. I always preferred HSN to QVC but because they have become so alike I will most likely close my account with them too.

My QVC card and my Evine card is Synchrony and I have had them for years with no problems. I believe the people who complain have credit issues late payment issues and that is why they do not like the card. They are not going too tell you or admit that online. when you close a credit card it lowers your credit score.

JADiva might be right in most cases. I have had CC’s from Synchrony and have never had a problem. As long as you pay on time everything goes fine and smooth.
