Final sale, no returns?
Forgive me if this has been posted in the past, but what is with more and more of the clearance products stating that it is a final sale with no returns…clothes and shoes…seriously? I’ve been an HSN customer for 30 years and Q for 10 years and their return policies made me not hesitate to order from them. Changing am policy your on air hosts constantly brag about but your website contradicts is just not right. I have never abused the return policy but I will never order a final sale apparel item. It’s bad form to just put a buyer beware note on a product and It is alienating your customers.

I’ve seen this ionQVC but never HSN. Actually I have ordered a couple of items from the Q because the price was so low that return costs would have been too high to even consider. Hopefully the items like this we now find on HSN will also be priced ridiculously low to help them lower inventory.
