Extremely slow Shipping!!!!!!!!
I ordered on January 9th and STILL AFTER 4 DAYS IT’S STILL NOT SHIPPED!!!! Just talk to Dean at customer service She said well you have 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE IT!! WHAT!!! 10 DAYS NOW for just shipping??!!. IT’S NOT EVEN SHIPPED YET AFTER 4 DAYS!!!. I have been with HSN for years as an antique customer, spent $THOUSANDS of dollars, but I think it’s time for a change. I ordered Andrew’s product, received in 9 days, yet I ordered from Andrew directly another product the same day and received it in 4 days. INTERESTING RIGHT?. Today, HSN CS rep didn’t even apologies, !!!!! I’m VERY UNHAPPY WITH HSN SERVICE/SHIPPING DEPARTMENT.

Many of HSN employees are now working from home. I have also received notification upon notification that there are many letters and packages being addressed by not only the United States Postal Service but also UPS, FEDEX and all other mail distributors that they are extremely shorthanded because of the continuous spreading of the virus. Yes, Mrs.JO8 said that “patience is a virtue.” Mailing definitely depends upon where it is being sent from as well.

Patience is a virtue! The only thing I will address (according to you) is the lack of courtesy on the part of the CS employee. Please remember these are not normal times.
