Dyson products

I can’t write a review yet so I hope whoever is a HSN customer will see this…. This is about Dyson V11 ANIMAL stick Vacuum cleaner. I have more suction than this vacuum cleaner does. It DOES NOT get everything off of rugs when vacuumed. I’m so disappointed in this product I am returning it! They’ll probably take all the money I put down on it as a “restock” fee. Even though it shouldn’t be restocked because I used it. Horrible vacuum. Just Horrible! And the pop thing at the end when you empty it, they advertise that you don’t have to stick your hand in there and touch the yuky stuff, WRONG! I had to dust it each time I emptied it. Which was 1 room and the entrance to this room. That’s it! It got clogged with cat hair. I will never buy a Dyson again. FYI: Don’t label it “cyclone and or animal” when cat hair cloggs it and you have to empty it several times for 1, yes one room. Never again Dyson!
