Does anyone from HSN read our comments?
It seems like no one reads our comments. I posted 3 hrs ago, last week and the week before….No response. It makes me feel like a valued customer (NOT) when no one responds to questions or will try to trouble shoot a problems.

I haven’t been on the forum in a long time. Your thread caught my attention. Gone are the days from the late 90’s and early to mid 2000’s when posters would communicate with each other. I made a lot of good friends and even got to meet one of the posters in person. Seems like everyone is hung up on the games.

If you are referring to questions concerning customer service, you need to post within their thread in Community. They do not read the posts from this area. No, HSN is not the same anymore.

It was questions about games not working and double tickets seem to have gone away awhile ago. I just wanted some feedback as to what was going on. I guess we need to guess where the best place to post would be. My guess …..go to customer service for everything?

I think what Conniesue meant was if anyone that “works” at HSN looks at our comments! Apparently not! I asked if Sheryl Crow would be back and no answer! Go figure…don’t think they care what we want!

For Arcade questions there is a help section in the Arcade. If you scroll down to the bottom there should be an area where you can send an e-mail to the team. If it isn’t there anymore the next solution is to post in the customer service thread within community. Most of our customer service team are now working from home because of the virus. Writing in their area will help to get the questions directly to the Arcade people.
Questions pertaining to vendors and artists returning to HSN should also be posted in the Customer Service Thread.. The Mods will answer you in this area. I hope this helps.

@sweeny22, I’m sorry that this game isn’t working right. May I ask what, specific problems you are seeing? I would be happy to report this to the arcade team directly. Also, please include the medium you are using and the browser.

HSN_ANGELA, HERE IS A COPY OF A POST I MADE ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FORUM ABOUT FLIP OUT….AND AS HSN_KRISSY SAID ,,,,I HAD MADE OTHER POSTS BEFORE THIS ONE. THIS JUST HAPPENS TO BE THE FIRST TIME THEY PUT FLIP OUT AS GAME OF THE WEEK! THIS ONE WAS FROM 8/28/20!!!!! I dont know how to link so you will have to find it without that.
Please do not insult our intelligence and pretend that today is the first time anyone has heard of this problem!
I am using Chromebook, bought on HSN, and Fire tablets bought on HSN, and a Lenovo desktop with Windows. All had Flip Out working then they stopped.
Also do not say to clean cache and cookies. This is done regularly. Tooooo many players are having the same problems with Flip Out to be on our side…just look at the scores…top score should be 49,000,,,,but that cannot be reached due to the game freezing after 1, maybe 2, maybe 3 levels, sometimes the very last level.GAME OF THE WEEK HAS NOT WORKED IN MONTHS

I cant believe (or maybe I can) that you actually made game of the week FLIP OUT which has not worked in months maybe 6 months??? Pathetic! I complained about it several times, then many others have complained. And it still does not work. The game freezes, you cannot finish the game. Top score for this game is 49,000 but no one gets that score. Can your techs really not figure out how to fix it? Or have they even tried? I stopped playing games here when you took my favs away and when you wouldnt fix Flip Out. There are too many other sites to play at. I do check now and then to see if Flip Out has been fixed. I still have millions of tickets built up so I can still enter the alternate way. But its not worth the frustration of playing here or rather trying to play here. And its obvious that no one cares.Reply
