Sat on endless hold just to hear a recording the best time to reach CS is Tues & Thurs 8-1. Really??

I mainly use chat and have had no problems. The rep was able to answer all my questions even the week I could not sign in.

Use Chat. Much easier anyway.

The only problem with chat is that they use AI bots so you can’t get personalized answers if that’s what she’s needing…
