DISAPPEARING……"FAVORITE COLLECTION"???

Has anyone had “repeated problems” with your “Favorites collection” disappearing and, for no reason at all?? I have notified HSN many times over the past 2+ yrs. and the Technical dept. cannot find a solution to this?? If anyone has had this problem and if you have found a “solution” to this, please share this with me…..I would be very grateful!! Thanks. JF

This happened to me once again…..2 weeks later and, after taking the time to “collect” some of my favorites?? This is so maddening and now, Cust. Service won’t help me with this and is now “ignoring” my emails I sent??!! There has to be something wrong within their website to cause this to happen over and over again – I “save” many favorites on other websites and they are NEVER LOST?!! Anyone else frustrated with this same issue??

Thanks Teacher I sure do hope they fix the problem as you said it is frustrating to have to remember all the items on the list. And you also stay safe.

I have had the same problem. it has happened twice within a few days. I do not know what the solution is. I thought I was doing something wrong. I hope they find a solution for this but I guess we should not count on it if you have had this problem for 2 years. DA

  Thanks Mickey for letting me know…it is so frustrating and “time-consuming” to try to re-create the list for future reference!! Let’ hope they find a solution to this problem….it has to be a glitch within their system!! Stay safe…..
