when is hsn going to open up there phones to start taking calls I called yesterday 11 times from 8,:00 am to 12:55am today. all threw the day was busy be put on hold or will call you back. hsn never did this a whole 18 hours.

I have been using the Customer Live Chat feature and it’s really nice. I always get my problem solve thru this feature.

shunshine I find that I get a faster response by posting in the customer service thread within Community. The people there are very knowledgeable and have been with HSN for quite a few years. Why not post your question in that section?????
