I wish they would answer my question about an unknown package coming to me. UPS says a label was created on Feb. 22nd. It has not moved as of today. It will be a surprise if I ever get it!

I sent a ring back (not from HSN) in the gray bag along with the earrings I was returning from order # *********. When I looked up the ups tracking says they have not received the package. Then the usps has a note of customer return. I have left posts under the community customer service. I believe there are 16 posts. I also sent a message to hsn social care today. Since I have not ordered anything & have no auto ship coming, I can only think (& hope) it’s my ring. When I called customer service they said if something is not part of a return that HSN would send it back. The UPS # is 1Z***********. Tracking Number

I received an email from social care stating it was my ring. There has to be someone that keeps track of such items. I was told it was my ring. I really would like to get it back. Talk to a supervisor or please find out if there’s a log for items being sent back to customers please. Thanks, Donna

@donahda, yes, I responded to your email. Once I had the information, I was able to locate the information needed. I’m sorry for the delay of your shipment but it should show some movement in the next couple of days. Please let us know if it doesn’t.

Thank you so much! I will keep watching. The ring was a gift & I can’t replace it. My size is gone. I never have done such a thing in my life. The day after my package was mailed back to you I realized my ring was in the gray bag. I have been stressed out lately. I appreciate you looking into this. Thanks again!

I am just letting you know the package has not shipped. I know the shipping label was created on Feb. 22nd. I will keep checking to see if it ships. I only know because I have UPS & USPS informed delivery. I am losing hope!
