Customer Service- Returns
I bought the teeter exercise machine and didn’t like it. After one week I decided to return it (July 20th). I requested a return label ( paid $60 to teeter). As of today, 21st August, I haven’t received the label and everytime I call, the representative says it was just mailed.If the label comes from the vendor, HSN needs to hold the vendor accountable.

I’m truly sorry for the delay and the inconvenience that it’s causing you. It looks like the label was mailed out on 8/19 by USPS. Please, allow 3 to 7 business days to receive the label. For any reason it’s not received by the 28th, reach out to us and we’ll be sure to reach out to the vendor regarding tracing the delivery.
