Thank You for your patience and doing a tremendous job during these times of the pandemic. weather related issues. Probably, many more that we the customer are unaware of. You have responded to questions, inquiries, delays that just couldn’t be avoided. The Hosts are great with selling the goods that the company has to offer.

I have had some very quirky issues happen to me recently with both HSN and QVC. The red truck TSV arrived totally smashed returned it sat in USP for two weeks I called and the customer service person was polite and explained the process, I had to wait for 15 days and if return not received my account would be reimbursed the full cost and this happened w/o incident.
My point is that the workers have no control over all of the entities involved yet they must respond and attempt to resolve issues, that they often times haven’t a clue of what is going on. I have always been treated respectfully and the worker was professional. The hosts have zero control over merchandise sold yet they must do their job and jabber on about the product whether it is good, bad or ugly :}.
I worked in customer service for many years and I often times had to come up with solutions to issues that weren’t share. So Kudos to these workers!
