Curtis Stone Durapan baking sheets not all that!
I purchased the set of 3 large baking sheet pans and am so very disappointed!
I have used them only for heating frozen fish and for sheet pan dinners. I
have never exceeded the heat limit of 450 degrees and have always cleaned them
right after using.
They have ugly brown stains that nothing will remove. They also accumulate
grease stains like the cheap metal pans even tho I have never used oil. I
am guessing the oil is in how the manufacturer of the frozen fish portions
prepared them. Being non-stick cookware I see no need to add additonal oil.
I enjoy watching Curtis Stone and am very disappointed because I expected
better quality in his products.
This did it for me; I will NEVER purchase any of his products again and will
make sure I let friends and family know of the poor quality.

I had the same problem, also they twisted in the oven, only to lay flat again after they cooled down. I have bought the cookware also. Save your money, the non stick surface comes off after using it for a few months. I didn’t use high heat on the cookware, or go over 350 degrees on the cookie sheet pans. I am not buying anymore of this cheap cookware either.
