Coupons

I usually see the coupons generally in the beginning of the month but they can appear at any time based upon how long they are good for. I haven’t seen a 15 coupon lately. I have only seen a $5 coupon. They usually also send a postcard to me in the mail about the coupon. I always forget to look in my spendable cash. The postcard usually reminds me I have a coupon waiting for me to use.

I usually get a coupon for $15. off $15. which is good. Thanks anyway.

Usually within a few hours if done over the phone. Ex: you see that an item you purchased in the last 30 days has gone down in price. You call customer service and they credit back to your credit card or spendable cash. You choose. In my experience it’s usable within a few hours
