Coupon nonsense!
Why is it they give coupons in your acct,and it goes through successful at checkout,only to check status and full price is charged??I’m so tired of this nonsense.Keep your useless coupons.Don’t have time for this aggravation!

I refuse to call in orders, then you cant use the rebate sites good online only, and some are up to 10 to 13% back. I want full use of both coupons and rebates.

I call in my orders and have the representative do the coupon for me.I have never had a problem.

I have the same problems with coupons. It’s discouraging!

Tried twice yesterday to use coupon and when order went through the whole order was back to the original price. Thought it was a glitch with my computer but now I am seeing others having trouble too. I ended up cancelling both orders and very hesitant about even trying to use it again.

It happens to me all the time, and I call CS to bug them to get the discount, I bet they field those calls every time a code is offered….
