Here’s your Monday motivation to stop procrastinating and just get up and get to it…do the hard things first, write that email, make that call, study for that test…cross off your to do list….and then the rest of the day is yours. Make a plan to accomplish what you need to and then…you’re done. So, I’ve got to go get to my to do list…how about you? grab your coffee and let’s go! 🌷🩷☕️💕

The shot and meds are kicking in and he has a Donut Coller and is resting very well. 💕

I am putting some meds the doctor gave me to keep his wound clean.

So sorry about Poppy. I wonder why he was going after that thing on his back. I know he is in good hands and will probably rest the entire day.

I was with hubs yesterday. His roommate is another story. I had the TV on in his room, and the roommate was yelling to shut the thing off. It was only on up to 20 for sound out of 100. He had either his cell on or something else to listen to. It was way louder than the TV. Hubs watched the news and I left around 7pm. I will not be there today due to the weather.

he fireworks had already started by the time I arrive home which was around 7:30/7:45. It was hot and muggy. No rain, but very cloudy. Today I was trying to get things ready for garbage and recycle. Weather is iffy between now and 9pm, so will stay put.

So far nothing on the wedding. Did see some pictures inside and some of the people arriving. Other than that, nothing. Because of the heat, I wonder if the newlyweds are in Rhode Island enjoying the beach. If so, bet they are not alone. May they have a wonderful marriage but also a great friendship that will continue forever and a day.

We had some heavy rain yesterday and may get more as I am typing this. Thunderstorm warnings and flood warnings the last three days.⛈️ So far, the power has stayed on, knock on wood. Way too hot and humid not to have a/c. Some of our 4th events were postponed yesterday because of lightning.

Thanks for the Mahomes picture. I read that Donna Kelce said the wedding was “magical” and that both Taylor and Travis laughed and cried. Forever happiness to them.💞
