I don’t know what’s for dinner either but it will be something simple. I have a few frozen things I can microwave or throw in a pot to heat. The quickest thing to make is that appletini, lol!🍸

Did not see hubby yesterday. I had contacted the receptionist to see if there was anything I needed to bring. This particular person works a 12 hour shift. When I asked she said a million dollars and I burst out laughing. We both might have been on the floor with that one. She is the new person and works a 40 hour work week. The other person works from 9am to 6:30 pm, requiring less time. Anyway, as I proceeded out the front door, I tripped on something and found myself sitting on concrete in the carport. I wasn’t injured, but had problems getting up because the first step is a doozy. Very steep and the second one worse. The last step easy as pie. After about a lifetime which took only 10 minutes I was able to stand. Decided I needed a shower and contacted the rehab to say what happened. I will now be leaving within a hour to visit hubs. No cuts. No bruises. No black and blue marks.

When I was visiting Costco a few days ago, I decided to try their heirloom tomatoes. It turned out to be a real good decision. Not only are they juicy but sweet. Hubby is on puree foods, however, if one of the other nurse’s are on I will try to sneak a couple into his room. Hubs has been asking for chewable food. I may end up cutting it into half slices just to be on the safe side. Looks like I will be making a trip to the Farmer’s Market very soon. Monday or Tuesday is looking good, weather permitting. Think I will make a winter soup with an autumn twist. This will be a real adventure going on hunches instead of a recipe. By the way, I never add salt or pepper to the soup. I find that the veggies add the seasonings I need. Especially, if they are fresh.

Weather is low 90s. Humidity is 75%. No rain expected today or tomorrow. I will be cleaning the carport tomorrow if I can get up with the sun. The UV index is very high.

Glad you are finding fresh veggies I am being careful because I have brought some
fresh fruits and veggies and they go bad in just three days. I am not kidding.

This is not acceptable and I will haul them back if it happens again. The store knows
me and I will have my ticket. 💕😎

Good afternoon in Oz. Taking it easy, did one transfer this morning on the new computer and the rest of the day just my normal stuff. This new one is definitely easier to set up than my old one, which is eight years old. Wonders of technology.😊

Not much else happening. Have to wait until late tomorrow for the Chiefs game.🏈 You know I’ll be watching. Saw some good reviews of the restaurant but super expensive. If I lived close like you, I would definitely go at least once for the experience (and to be nebby)!🤣

Lady I will be going to the Restaurant in time with family members. These
are die hard Chiefs Fans. I have seen reels online of the place and it is beautiful.
I know it is a pretty penny no biggie I am not paying anyway. This is the type of
place you go to enjoy a meal and relax and take it all in. Lady I saw where they
had entertainment so I am paying attention.

I think every City has a great Restaurant that may or may not be owned by
a major league player. I am totally relax just being myself and I am not the shy type.
I am better in person to wine and dine then online. 😎
