Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread.
This is number 31 out of the of the series.
I created and started this thread over 11 years. 😎🎈

I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread. ✨😎

I am going to wish Happy Holidays to all the Peeps out there and please
stay safe. 🌹✨😎

Agree with your post to Oodie. Let’s remember who is paying. And also that Heidi should be on more often. She has so many great collectors.
My son is planning his August vacation to places I would not consider but it his trip. As long as he is safe and there are no advisories about not going….

Hello in Oz. I love every one of the Leo lion pics.🦁 I see one that is me with champagne and the one above is a former pooch of mine, lol!

Too hot so stayed home all day doing this and that. I did cut up some nice melons for fruit salad.🍉🍈 Hubs brought home some fish dinners so I didn’t have to cook.👍

We may get some of your rain tomorrow, what else is new.⛈ Hang in there, hot hugs to you and Poppy.🤗💖

It’s been a really tough week with the loss of so many beloved legends. Connie Francis, Chuck Mangione, Ozzy Osbourne, Hulk Hogan, and Malcolm-Jamal Warner each brought something unforgettable into the world. I had to shut down last night because of the storm and my system is right by the window.
I don’t mind the thunder it’s the lightning that gets me.

Good morning in S. California. 😎💕Taci you are so funny. We are Leo Girls and I am
just having fun with Lions. I am a cat girl anyway. LOL!

I know you look good after your visit and I don’t have a problem waiting either.
I believe patience is a virtue. 💕😎 I am enjoying Leo Season as I call it.

Heidi Daus did a good show yesterday. I have never use my Iphone to watch anything.
I can access Facebook but I don’t use it. This is the only type of social media I am on.

I am waiting for something special in my favorites from Heidi Daus. 😎💕

Taci my niece had her baby yesterday she had to be induced into labor and it was no
easy feat. I have had to have that done once and I have given birth and raised four children
with hubby. I have to say that was the most painful birth I have ever had.

All is well in the family so we have another Leo. 💕😎😘🎈

Oz had thunderstorms last night and early morning. 🎈😎

Good day on the Gulf Coast of Florida. 😎🎈Oodie I think it’s awful you can’t bring
foods your husband can eat when you visit. I don’t like the part where you cannot visit
him again if you do. I am calling this crappola. This is not cool. Oodie your husband
is in Rehab not Prison. I would get him out of there so fast…

I am holding my contempt at what they are doing.

So cute about the baby gecko. 😎All the cats made it in the rain last night and this
morning. I felt so bad for them and none will come in the house.

  I agree with you on the food. But there is another side to this that I have been reluctant to share. Hubby has had a hard time getting food down the esophagus. I have been going through this since our marriage. First it was apples. He would go outside to cough it up and then some. The problem is that he takes too big of a bite. Sometimes I think he feels he is a dog. The outcome is mucus and there are times when I think it has reached the lungs. He has had at least two episodes where he has been sent to the hospital. Thankfully, he has come out of it OK.. The last time was just after Thanksgiving when I made a small turkey. I pureed the dark meat, but not the light one which was mine. He finished his without a problem. I was just putting my leftovers away when he grabbed it and ate what I had left. The coughing and upchuck lasted for hours before he was sent to the ER., That day I was with him until 5am when he was sent to ICU. At 9am, the hospital phoned to say he was being moved to a regular room. I saw him the next day. The next few days he was on puree foods. The speech therapist at the hospital put him back on regular foods within a week. Returning to the Rehab three weeks later, he was again on puree foods. I contacted the speech therapist at the hospital. There was nothing they could do since he was with the Rehab. Yes, he can eat regular foods. He still coughs but it sounds more like a sinus thing. The Speech Therapist says not. The reality is no soups from the Market even though it is just soup and no veggies. I cannot puree. However, what I may do is bring something with me and bring it to the kitchen and let them do their thing. The head nurse here has said that is not possible. But, if you saw his plate, then you would know why I am livid.
  
  I am now getting ready for a shower and will be leaving within an hour to see hubby. The hot weather and air quality is getting to me. The heat index today puts our temp at 104. Not sure if we will have rain. The salmon was delicious. I finished it this morning and still licking my lips. This is something my hubby would definitely enjoy. Before I could also bring soft foods. Now all he has to eat is puree. Poor guy is sick of puree. I did notice some peas on his plate a few days ago. Maybe they are starting to see if he can tolerate some solids. I am not holding my breath.
  
  I enjoyed watching Heidi and like you, I wish she was on more. I have a habit of going into the next day’s items after midnight. I was appalled to see that most of Heidi’s items were without images. I notified CS on line and Community, but by the time CS noticed, everything was normal. I think Heidi returns next month. I will miss Lynn hosting when she returns.

  I forgot to mention that I am trying to say sayonara to the bathroom redo along with the ramp. I am having a difficult time getting together with their so called decorator. He wants to be here early am which is Ok. But to go on to the rehab a half hour later or less will not work for hubby. Tired of him not retuning my calls and there are people near me who may be able to do the same thing and maybe better. Will keep you posted.
