NATIONAL BLACK COW DAY

National Black Cow Day on June 10 celebrates a delicious ice cream float beverage also known as a Root Beer Float. That’s right, the beverage made with root beer and vanilla ice cream was is called a Black Cow. Moo-ve along with us as we learn a brief history about the Black Cow and hopefully enjoy a Black Cow in the process!

The A/C is no joke when it is too cold. People can get sick from being too cold.

No planting today. I did manage to go through some boxes that had piled up near the front door. It was just too hot and muggy to do anything outdoors. Starting tomorrow we are supposed to see rain for the next 5 days. Hopefully, that rain should help a bit with the humidity. and UV factors.

I ordered dinner from the rehab today. There was not much of a selection, so chose a hamburger on a cold roll with one sheet of romaine and a tomato. I gave hubby my dessert which was a vanilla pudding. Just didn’t want to give it a try due to sulfite allergy. You never know and since there was no label didn’t want to take a chance. And, speaking of hubby. His roommate went home this morning. He wasn’t quite ready, but I’m sure the A/C had something to do with it.

The moon followed me home tonight. No stars glittering in the sky. Guess we still have the Sahara sands hanging around. It was a pleasant evening.

Enjoy your evening. Hope we hear from xango soon. I am very concerned. Quite a bit has been happening with the Veteran’s Hospitals lately. I just hope and pray her husband is OK.

Good Evening and thank you for your thoughts on the new Thread. 😎💕🎈 I never
plan anything everything comes in my head. I have had many days alone in the Community
so I made something that I like and I think most others would like too.

I hope the move for all the HSN Employees goes smooth. I have my thoughts and I will
will miss every single one of them who made the decision to pursue other things. 💕
