NATIONAL CALL YOUR DOCTOR DAY

National Call Your Doctor Day fall on the second Tuesday in June as a reminder for young women to schedule their annual Well-Woman Exam. We are asking you to take five minutes out of your day today to take care of your health by scheduling a wellness exam.

NATIONAL BALLPOINT PEN DAY

Grab your ballpoint pen and write this on your calendar: On June 10 of each year, National Ballpoint Pen Day recognizes the useful writing utensil and commemorates the anniversary of the patent filing on June 10, 1943.

NATIONAL ICED TEA DAY

June 10 is National Iced Tea Day to celebrate one of summer’s favorite refreshing drinks. Whether you prefer sweetened or unsweetened, with or without lemon, we invite you to pour yourself a glass as we relax and enjoy some random information about iced tea.

No planting today. I did manage to go through some boxes that had piled up near the front door. It was just too hot and muggy to do anything outdoors. Starting tomorrow we are supposed to see rain for the next 5 days. Hopefully, that rain should help a bit with the humidity. and UV factors.

I ordered dinner from the rehab today. There was not much of a selection, so chose a hamburger on a cold roll with one sheet of romaine and a tomato. I gave hubby my dessert which was a vanilla pudding. Just didn’t want to give it a try due to sulfite allergy. You never know and since there was no label didn’t want to take a chance. And, speaking of hubby. His roommate went home this morning. He wasn’t quite ready, but I’m sure the A/C had something to do with it.

The moon followed me home tonight. No stars glittering in the sky. Guess we still have the Sahara sands hanging around. It was a pleasant evening.

Enjoy your evening. Hope we hear from xango soon. I am very concerned. Quite a bit has been happening with the Veteran’s Hospitals lately. I just hope and pray her husband is OK.

Pretty posies!!😊 Nice day, more severe storms this evening. There were tornado and flood warnings yesterday. Can’t remember having this many tornadoes.🌪 I must be living in Oz.

I had that tennis match on but I was doing other things. Yes, it was very long. NBA is a sport I never really followed. Know some star players but don’t watch the games. I did see most of the Tony Awards last night. Will be watching the hockey game later, maximum of five games left in the season.

yesterday from Colorado he said he watch the male matches for over 5 hours.

I hope AR bring his A Game to the Steelers. All the family is talking about is the NBA
