I planted one container yesterday and another today. No lifting. The only time I lifted the container was to thoroughly give it a good cleaning prior to filling with soil. The most difficult part was opening the soil package. I figured a way to fill the containers/ All I did was move the soil to the planter and then using hands was able to maneuver it. I never heard from the lawn people. I did another container today. Everything is watered and fed. I had to order another planter since one I was hoping to use had no way for me to put a hole at the bottom for drainage. There is a hole at the bottom, however I would need a drill or something along those lines to remove that piece. Then again, I may use that planter for something artificial. Right now the two containers are sitting at the edge of our carport where they will see some partial sun. Next week I will use the trolley to put each in an area for full sun.

I sat in the chair when everything was finished and took it easy. The wind picked up a bit and when I looked up to the sky I saw a brownish looking cloud. The sand from the Sahara Desert had arrived. It was quite a sight. The clouds were drooping from the weight. No rain though there were storm clouds around.

Enjoy the rest of the evening. We will have a good rain event starting Sunday. Good chance for those drops over the next four or five days.

I so loved the beautiful rainbows we had last night after the storm. Many old trees
were blown down pretty bad. Most have power but thousands were without power
and if you saw the trees on the power lines you would see why. Hey this is OZ!

I am sure other States have them too some of the trees was over 100 years old.

What a pretty glass my bartender picked for me!🍸 Hope you survived all the storms last night. Not much happened here last night but just about an hour ago we had thunder, lightning and torrential downpours.⛈ Lights flickered but stayed on, thank goodness.

Ran around all morning doing errands. We may hit 89 tomorrow instead of the 90s.😕 Not much planned this weekend. I did hear about the new 1587 restaurant but didn’t know when it would open . 🏈 I’ll be anxious to hear your review. Maybe Taylor and Brittany can be hostesses, LOL!🤣

Good morning in S. California. Guess what? My next door neighbor took off to your
corner of the world. Neighbor sent me a text asking to keep a look out while he and
his other were in California. I can see right in his kitchen. LOL!

I keep my blinds closed and well adjusted I only keep a look out because he is right
next door and I am back and forth feeding the animals so no problem. I remember
once he took off for Europe and left me his keys to the house that is because his
daughter who was with her mother had two kittens. Hubby and I took care of them
for two weeks. Those babies still visit me he gave them to neighbors up the street.
I had first dibs but I pass because Poppy does not like to share. 😎

Oh my neighbor will be in Poland and other parts of Europe for two weeks. 😎🎈

Hey my sister is doing alright and she is home after her surgery. 🎈😎

Oodie after the storm yesterday OZ had a double rainbow it was so beautiful
and big. 😎🎈I can remember when we lived near Lake Michigan we always had
rainbows. When my siblings and I were kids we would run to the lake to try and find
that pot of Gold. LOL! The storm was strong and left the most beautiful rainbow.
