I thought I was seeing things in a different light. Decided to see if you had started a new thread. No you had not. Then I realized that things were not as they seemed. Anyway, I wanted to pop in to wish you a Happy Birthday and may you enjoy the new earrings from your hubby. I know and remember your dad’s passing. My dad passed away on June 23rd. His birthday was June 18th. The pain of my dad’s passing is still there but has become a bit more bearable over the years. I remember the time when our first stereo record player was delivered. It was in a piece of furniture where the top opened up and the knobs along with the spindle were inside. I could not wait to place a vinyl inside. There I was sprawled out on the shag carpet and before I knew it dad joined me. The music played and we were mesmerized by the sound and the feeling we were sitting in our seats in the theater. It was that good. Those memories is what helps me get through the anniversary of his passing and in time your memories will help you as well. I would not be surprised if you will see a beautiful butterfly dipping it’s wings towards you on your special day. Just remember to smile and say “thank you.”

Sheba, love the birthday festivities. I can wear the earring but have to wait for the pendant. We will go to the coast for an early dinner.

Oz is alright this weekend which makes it even better.

I will be visiting my father’s grave I had my last visit with him in Hospice
on my BD. This is still fresh in memories. This is a bittersweet time for me
and all my siblings and family. 💕😎🎈😘

I am posting August Leos just to take my mind of of things. I know in time this too shall
pass. 💕

Another beautiful day in the ‘burgh, sunny, 77 and no humidity.🌞 I decided to wash throw rugs and hang them on the deck to dry.

I am also celebrating your and Taci’s BD this weekend. One of our grocery stores is having a big sale on cake for two so I bought white almond with raspberries, carrot cake and red velvet with cream cheese icing – take your pick.🍰 I don’t normally buy cakes so this will be a nice treat. Also bought some cans of iced tea with vodka so I’m ready to party!!🎇🎈🎉
