Good Evening this is concerning something is not right. The weather is not cool enough
for you to be out. Hubby and I both got hot later in the day. i will say mission accomplished.

What bothers me is you are alone and I hope your neighbor has an eye on you just in
case. Keep your cell phone with you at all times. I know I am preaching to the choir
but i have to say it. Just be careful.

I know hubby is worried about you now. Oodie is it possible you can get an Uber there
and late at night? The plants can wait I would put them in the sun and let the rain water
them or use the garden hose early in the morning hours or late evening whatever works
for you.

Oodie I am feeding a possum as I type I am watching him from my security camera. LOL!
I have four cats and a possum tonight and Poppy. I know I am a fur mom too. 💕

those parts too for part of my childhood. I almost lost it when i saw that interview I was
just happy he was an American. 🎈

I still have family in those parts and everyone is just blown away. 😎

I was outside earlier and almost passed out. There was absolutely no air. Humidity just hung in the air. Cloudy day. I decided not to see hubby. It was too late to call as I soon found out that there was no one at the reception area when I wanted to leave a message. I never got to do the planting. Luckily I had two chairs near the front door and when I started to feel better, returned to the house. I did manage to stop at Aldi’s and I found some ice cream that hubby will love. I now have enough food to feed an army.

Tomorrow, I need to stop at Costco. I not only need dryer sheets, but other items as well. Definitely will pick up their 40 bottles of water. Not to worry. Customer Service is excellent. One thing I did like in their deli area was a shrimp container with all kinds of veggies. Excellent. Hope they still make it. Since hubby loves their crullers, I will try to pick up one container providing the exp. date is OK. Oh, by the way. I now remember what rain looks like. We had a bit of a downpour and I am happy. More rain tomorrow. I am doing my happy dance.

Glad your SIL is doing well. I hope she can get out for a good dinner with her kids and hubs. I also hope your family member will be OK next week and the surgery goes well. More prayers from me to you. Have a great celebration tomorrow.

Good evening in Oz. Spent the day at mom’s since I won’t be going tomorrow. Beautiful weather today and tomorrow, sunny and low 70s.🌞😎

I didn’t know anything about an earthquake in GA. Hubs talked to his sister early afternoon and he said she never mentioned it. So I’m not sure what’s going on.🙄

I pray for your SIL every night and was going to ask you how she’s feeling and I see Oodie did. This has got to be a monumental Mother’s Day for her and the family. I hope she has a fantastic one, God bless her.🙏

You wont believe this but,I watched an interview from the Popes brother,and he lives in my town outside of Chicago! I was stunned! I’m thinking his brother may also, be a parishioner at my parish.It’s the only Catholic Church here. Small world for sure!.How thrilling,hope, the Pope shows up here some day!

Thank you for your thoughts on my SIL she is doing well. 💕We are all taking
this one day at a time. I have another sister who will have some surgery next
week. This sister is never ill.

Oodie I miss Xango too and I have a good idea of what may be going on.
I am sorry this thread is what it is I do my best to be creative and at least
have some conversation. I have had days when I am the only one in the entire
community who is posting and to do this thread is no easy feat. 😎💕

I respect people who need time off or this is not their thing. I have had some write
me and to say they like to look and read this thread that is where I do Peeps as a ode
to them. 💕

Happy Mother’s Day Weekend to you. Yes, you with the rabbits, makes you a mom as well. To say you are missed is an understatement. I am currently waiting on the start of our ramp and a bathroom redo for hubby that will enable him to do what we take for granted.

Looks like we will get some much needed rain over the next three days. I ordered some plants from HSN and happy to say they are doing well. Will do some transplanting today so they can take advantage of the needed raindrops.

After a week of not feeling that great, I am happy to say that the energy is back and I feel wonderful. I have no idea what hit me. Suffice to say it started as a migraine while visiting hubby last week. After taking the prescribed med from the physician and then adding my sinus meds to the mix I was able to drive home. Of course I stopped at all 8 red lights on the way home and one light that is a nemesis because it is over 5 minutes of wait time. How I made it to the front door was a miracle. Have no idea what I had. Even the physician had no idea. Since our air quality has been low, it could have been that. Anyway, suffice to say, this is a good day.

I purchased several plants from HSN and as of yesterday they looked good. I also purchased the Mandeville and though it looked dead in water, it did perk up the next day. The planters arrived on Thursday and today I will spend some time potting and planting. I purchased Miracle Gro for container planting from Sam’s and smiled when it was delivered. Thank goodness for HSN’s trolley which, hopefully, will help me out when placing the containers. It certainly will help my back and shoulders.

Today, at some point this afternoon, I will be with hubby. I was able to contact the Rehab with that info a few hours ago. Hoping to make a stop at Aldi’s to pick up a few items, including ice cream for hubs. Lately, that is his favorite all time dessert. Several months ago I purchased a couple of Thermos containers that also included two plastic containers with covers. Since they fit into the Thermos thing, it will come in handy for the ice cream. The one other thing he loves are the ice cream on a stick and popsicles. Unfortunately, I have not found a way to keep them solid from our home to the rehab. I am working on that one.

The next three days we will see a river of rain. I just got word that rain will start around 3 or 4 pm. As I have said previously, I will not be holding my breath. The last few weeks the weather people have gotten this all wrong. Well, time to get outdoors and do my thing. Hope everyone has a great day and a Happy Mother’s Day to all. Not a mom, you count as one with your furry or feathered child (that includes the fish as well.) Sheba, I hope your SIL is doing well and can really enjoy the weekend.

had a slight earthquake this morning. I am trying to get the deets from my family
there. If something major had happened I know my phone would be ringing off
