Each year on May 11th, National Foam Rolling Day recognizes a therapy that’s been called the poor man’s massage. You only go to the dentist once a year, but you brush your teeth every day. While we can’t get a massage every day, foam rolling offers the next best thing! Brush your muscles daily with a foam roller.

NATIONAL TWILIGHT ZONE DAY

Always observed on May 11th, National Twilight Zone Day features mysterious twists and turns highlighted with eerie background music and unexplainable occurrences.

The television show The Twilight Zone was created, written, and narrated by Rod Serling. It premiered on October 1, 1959. The episodes were wildly popular, stretched the imagination, and captivated viewers. The show aired from 1959-1964. Rod Serling also created the show’s spin-off called Night Gallery.

Each episode presented unique stories that led the viewer on a journey into an unknown situation. The characters often revealed their backstories through intense exchanges. Settings ranged from the wild west to penthouse suites. And yet each story took place in the 5th dimension, in The Twilight Zone.

NATIONAL EAT WHAT YOU WANT DAY

Observed annually on May 11th, National Eat What You Want Day sets diets aside for a day of indulgence. It’s about having one day a year of eating with no regrets. Whether you love donuts or fast food, today is your day to gratify without feeling guilty.

MOTHER’SDAY

Mother’s Day is a time-honored tradition of recognizing the women in our lives who raised us, dried our tears, and well, mothered us. Everyone has one or has someone who is like a mother to them. On the second Sunday of May, we honor those women who are our mothers. Whether we shower her with gifts, take her to a fancy dinner or make her a homemade card, what moms want most is to be surrounded by the love of her family. Knowing the people they love are safe, sound, and healthy is a mom’s number one priority.

As we look forward, please know that you will still get to watch HSN the same way you do right now. Our studio location is changing, but that’s all. The people and brands you love will still be here💕
