Sheba, Thanks for the galentine wishes! Same to you! Hope you and your hubs have a wonderful Valentines Day!
We won’t be doing much tomorrow since it will be raining and cold. Plus, I signed up to volunteer for 3 hours so might be tired.
The heat thing here is all good. Hubs has the app on his phone and lowers it at night which I also like. Sometimes when he is camping or away, he changes the setting remotely, turning things on and off. This is his sense of humor. He thinks it’s funny. HAHA.
SInce, it was raining I tried a yoga class. Why oh why… still not for me. I also used the treadmill beforehand.

Oodie, I never knew about sulfite additives until I was into my 20’s and we used to eat at a place with a salad bar. Someone mentioned to be careful and apparently her friend has a full blown reaction to the sulfites added to the salad bar. That pretty much ended salad bars for our lunches. I also recall my Mother had some allergies listed which were the additives in the medicine she was given for some tests.
Please be careful and glad you are on the mend.

I wish I could send you some of our warm temperatures. We had full sunshine and 87 degrees today. The humidity and heat felt like a summer day.
I looked out the patio door last night and saw the Moon in bloom, full and beautiful.
The pods of milkweed are still burting open and I planted more today.

Last night I was looking up some things on Amazon. A window popped up showing groceries. I was very surprised, since we have tried before and was told they couldn’t deliver this far. I ordered some vegetables and fruits. I saw salmon and got a big piece along with other items, that’s what I made for dinner. It came from Orlando in two parts. One person drove down with part of the order and five minutes later the other person with the rest of the order. I found that some items were more reasonable than the supermarkets around here. It’s been awhile since I have been in a whole Foods supermarket. I liked walking and seeing everything they had especially the fruits and vegetables.

Looks like this will be at least a 3 day event. I was feeling better this morning, but things started to go downhill again this afternoon. I have been living on chicken broth for a day and a half. I did try a toasted cheese sandwich this morning. Hubby gets very upset when I have a sulfite reaction. The results can last an hour or two or three or four days. He actually tries to help and that part I miss.. At the Rehab he thinks he can go into the kitchen and whip up something for me. Getting him home is going to be an adventure. I need to find contractors who can do a complete restore of a bathroom for someone who will be in a wheelchair. We will need to do that up North as well. Up North will be a bit easier since we have a construction person in place.

I am hoping that tomorrow will be a good day and I will be able to have a good time visiting hubby. I will definitely need to watch what I eat for the next week or so. Thank goodness for the Farmer’s Market which is run by an Amish family. For the most part I will not need to read the labels since most of their food is homemade with no preservatives. The bakery items are all made from scratch and so delicious. However, this time I will be looking at their homemade soups for both of us. To think this allergy was caused by raisins. I had to discard the entire salad.

Just received a dense fog advisory. Maybe it is a good thing I am home. Driving is limited to less than a 1/4 of a mile. Advisory is until 7 am tomorrow.

Weather was sunny with cloud coverage. Temp was in the upper 70s and humidity was over 80%. No rain. Temperatures will drop on Sunday. Have no idea from what to what. Guess, like everything else, it’s a wait and see.

I can visualize Poppy in the backyard. Hmm….maybe someone should go out and stomp on the snow for a pathway so you can watch the four legged babe. I bet he enjoys playing hide and seek. Well, just got word that my Noodle board will be delivered tonight. I will check before retiring. Hope you have a great evening. Dress warm and enjoy the winter while you can. Remember, summer is just a few months away and we will want cooler temps and lower humidity. I sometimes wonder why we cannot enjoy the day since we are not sure of the next one.

Yes, I did watch Heidi with Lynn. I should have kept the computer off. I purchased the dancer and the fairy. Could not resist. Speaking of the dancer, my legs are finally back to almost normal. I will be walking again starting this weekend, that is, if this allergy thing goes bye bye.

Having some leftover chicken noodle soup for dinner. I don’t feel real bad but coughing and sneezing a little more today.🤧 Hubs is feeling a little better and went to the gym today. Did some grocery shopping this morning, going to take it easy this evening.
