Good afternoon in the beautiful ‘burgh. 😎🎈😘Lady I know PM will not play like you
said yesterday in the next two games the local media is saying he may not even play
in the playoffs if the team makes it. So sad as he is all about the Game.

I did catch TS at a Children’s Hospital my kids used to go all the time. I think it was sweet
to make a sick child’s day. 🎈My kids went there for emergencies and regular visits.

We shall see who is coming Christmas I may find out before then and I will let you know.
I have a good roast in my slow cooker and I am having potatoes and veggies. Hubby will

I left you this post but I wrote on yesterday’s and thought I was writing it on today’s.
We are back to the windy days and very warm. The cool days were nice, I enjoyed opening all the windows and doors.

I am waiting for some groceries to be delivered. I will be starting to make my Panettones for the holidays. The entire process does take close to three days.
First day is the Biga and the preferment. Second day the finished dough and baking. Then the cooling which has to be turned upside down and cooled for a good 6 to 8 hours before I can place in a plastic bag.

I hope you get well soon and feel better.

Hi and a good afternoon. Sunny today with temps going into the 80s with lows in the +60s. Don’t hold your breath. Did someone say “cold front????” Seems the weather will change beginning Wednesday. Not sure if it will be winter or fall. Time will tell.

I found hubby sitting alone in the dining room. My lower back was painful and I thought I would not be able to walk, but I did. He was in good spirits and talkative. I cannot bring food without sitting down with the speech therapist. That’s OK by me. I will save money this way. Hubby has resigned himself to the new rules. When I see the ST I will mention fresh fruit, and not the canned. I do not like the added sugars which could harm his system.

I am OK. Did a load of laundry, put the garbage out (pickup on Mondays) and swept a bit outside until it became too windy and my sinuses started to remind me to take some meds..
I think I will take a ride to Costco for gas and to see what is in the warehouse. Sam’s has gas for $2.78 and Costco is $2.77. Though Sam’s is a bit closer, will go to Costco which is enroute to hubby (4 miles away). Our favorite aide worked Friday and seemed to be off Saturday and Sunday. Not sure if he will work today. I have a funny feeling that he may be working the next two weekends because of the holidays.

Lowes people have been in contact with me for the delivery of the microwave. However the days they suggested hubby was in the hospital. What I do not like is that there is a 12 hour window which means I need to stay home. Not a good thing when hubby is in rehab. Nor do I
like a night delivery. I’ve left voice mail. Evidently, no one listens.

Guess I better get ready for Costco. Hope you have a great day and the kitties enjoy the warmer temps. Have a great walk with Poppy and happy to know you are feeling better. Nothing like hot soup and tea to drive away those viruses. Before I forget. There is a strange light I see when I return home from my daily visit. It was noticeable near my home last week. It looks like a star, but is in a color like you see at the tail end of a plane (red and clear). The last two nights it was at the other end of our street . It is not a street light. Too high up. Gives me the goosebumps.

Did some small gift bagging and money envelopes today. Two more gift cards and I am done. We are doing our Christmas dinner with mom and sis this Friday because mom wants to go to a restaurant that is closed from this Sunday through next Thursday. Depending on the weather, we may just stay home on Christmas and watch the game. I have a feeling PM will sit out the next couple games so he will be healed for the playoffs.🦶🤞

I started the thread tonight because I don’t know how I will feel tomorrow. Just a bit
under the weather with the sniffles. I am watching in the security camera. 💕

Oodie I hope and pray hubby gets home soon. I would some food and go to another
room at the rehab to make sure you get some food in you.

My computer is still humming a bit. Did some last minute Xmas cards. I wasn’t into it but hubs wants to, so decided to do Merry Christmas cards since they will only be going to those who celebrate it this year. Just sending a few out.
