I’ve been in Colorado for almost 2 weeks. So much is going on.

I did not want to bother anyone.

I hope you had a nice July 4th. My family members remains are in Minnesota now.

I have a full routine planned physical coming up I hope my labs are fine as always.

Hello Sheba, Glad to hear from you. I wonder what was happening.
I am sorry you are going through so much, no one deserves so much on their shoulders. I hope and pray that the rest of this year and next year things become better, and life sweeter for you.

I feel great, I am definitely better, just have to adjust my diet some. And since I enjoy eating so much. Specially the items I am not suppose to eat like real cheese, heavy Whipping Cream, real butter, sweets, bread and other such foods. I have managed to keep off the weight I lost, haven’t gained it back.

Family issues and matters I just got back last night. I took my laptop and kept it moving. 😎

My family remains are now in Minnesota in the family plot this is a bit much.

I just got back from Colorado last night it was not a pleasure trip but a necessary one.
