Sheba, You and Poppy get your walks in nice and early. I will leave in about an hour to attempt to run and then walk. Baby steps right? haha.
I went to USPS and submitted a where’s my package case, they are awesome and replied by the next day that it was stuck in NJ and they would contact the sender. Additionally, I contact HD CS via e-mail and they said they were working on it, and also replied quickly, however, at this point a refund is all I need. Sometimes things happen. Most of the time in my case, about 99.5 percent of the time I have luck with shipping. At this time, I am waiting to see what happens. Btw, the packages are insured so that’s good for the sender. 🙂

Oodie, Good luck with your Van and getting hubby out for the day. I hope all goes well. Thank you for the Samantha Brown recommendation. I think the smaller belt bag will work for me and if it doesn’t then I will leave it behind for someone else to try. I have given away the other 2 travel bags I bought from her, and am figuring what works for me along the way.

I was about to contact the dealership to pick the van up, but instead I will be taking a ride to rehab. Hubby was Ok, but seemed to be off somewhat. He was doing a great deal of coughing and I had not given him any food. He kept dozing off and coughing in his sleep. I wonder if something is going on. There was also a new apparatus in his room. An Atomizer. I think that is what it’s called. It’s a device that gives you steam to open the airways. So, instead of calling the dealership, I will be making a trip to the Rehab to check on him. I will write later. I am very concerned and wonder why I was not contacted.

Everything in the universe is made of energy. What differentiates one form of energy from another is the speed at which it vibrates. To discover where you are in terms of vibrancy, consider where you fall on a scale between the most pessimistic person you know and the most vibrant. This is not to pass judgment, but rather it is important to know where you are as you begin working to raise your frequency, so you can notice and appreciate your progress.

There are many ways to raise your vibration, from working with affirmations to visualizing enlightened entities during meditation. One of the most practical ways to raise your vibration is to consciously choose where you focus your attention. To understand how powerful this is, take five minutes to describe something you love unreservedly — a person, a movie, an experience. When your five minutes are up, you will feel noticeably more positive and even lighter. If you want to keep raising your vibration, commit to spending five minutes every day focusing on the good in your life. As you do this, you will train yourself to be more awake and alive. Over time, you will experience a permanent shift in your vibrancy. AMEN! 😎🎈
