Conversation -23
Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is number 23 out of the
series. I created and started this thread 10 years ago.
I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread. ✨😎
I am going to wish Happy Holidays to all the Peeps out there and please
stay safe. 🌹✨😎

Sheba, I need to borrow this saying.

Sheba, no walk today. I was tired, cleaned the windows and added some covers to 2 of them. Looks much better. We are prepping for the next phase of our security. Ugh.
Hope you enjoyed Palm Sunday.
Since you asked, I have been obsessing you know where and bought 2 more bracelets (hugs from Heidi) , so that I can wear 3 together ( already have one). Don’t even try to temp with those lovely earrings posted. 🙂 I like them also. I am trying to be practical and have gotten rid of some older items no longer worn. I don’t want to store items if you know what i mean.
What about you Queenshebadaus? I keep seeing Oodies set (Duchess).
Oodies Dragron Fruit looks yummie.
Hope Xango and her husband are ok. I know she will post when she can. -
Good evening I have been out feeding the outdoor animals. I want to make sure they
are fed. Oz will rain all night and day. Oodie sometimes they do go into the little shelter
hubby, son and I built. 🎈I am deeply concerned about Xango and I miss her. Well tomorrow is another day.
I am getting the sniffles again due to extreme weather changes and going in and out.
We do not have full Spring here yet I don’t think any State has that just yet.Glad your husband is well. I am about to jump into the shower.
Oodie stay warm and safe my friend. 😘
HD will be here Tuesday on HSN. 😎

Yes, I am concerned about xango. It’s not like her not to say Hi even when there is nothing to add.
I do know the area she lives in, but not where. When we were able to e-mail within Community, there always seemed to be a response of sorts. But since we no longer have that luxury, it is impossible to know what is happening. I sure hope we hear something soon so we can be there for her whatever the reason. I so hope everything is OK.Hubby is doing good. We had quite a few laughs when the aid was in the room. Hubby was in bed when I arrived. He was in the wheelchair earlier. Anyway, he was way down towards the foot of the bed and when the aid came in he said he liked where he was. Neither of us were impressed. So, he raised the bed and the foot area and the next response had us rolling on the floor. He decided to do a backstroke to get to the other end. It was hilarious. Picture someone doing a backstroke and then boxing and pretending to row a boat. He is not a dancer. nor is he graceful, but the combination of these had us laughing our full heads off. I left soon after. It was after 10 pm.
The ride home was windy and cool. The rain event was over and the stars were out. Could not find the moon. I guess it took the night off. Anyway, I made all but one light and so it only took about 20 minutes. I had stopped at the Farmer’s Market prior. I had an ice pak in the car just in case. They had added a new thing to their takeout. Oven baked chicken. I decided to give it a try and I was pleasantly surprised how delicious it was. Hubby ate two good sized drumsticks.
They did have dragon fruit. Price was $2,99/lb. This is the only place that it can be found. Not many people like it, though I found it pares well with blueberries and some dinner items such as lamb, chicken and pork. I’m not ruling out lamb since I haven’t tried it. I actually find that adding fruit to any dish adds flavor.Hope you three stay warm. Are the kitties using your outdoor shed when the weather is bad????

Reconnecting With Friends
When fate brings old friends back into our lives, there is always a reason.
Every person that passes through our lives makes a contribution to our life stories. There are those who play large roles and make deep impressions, but sometimes a brief special appearance creates a meaningful connection before life takes them in another direction. It is a rare gift when old friends suddenly reappear in our lives after a long absence.Though the world may seem full of more people than we could ever know, we are often drawn to people with similar energy, which brings us together time and time again. On first meeting, the characters in our life stories may seem familiar. We may know each other from past lives, or perhaps, we merely recognize the energy of a kindred spirit. But when fate brings old friends back into our lives, there is always a reason. They may act as messengers, reminding us of a part of ourselves we have forgotten to nurture. They might appear to give us a chance to react in a new way to an old situation. They may even bring up unresolved issues so that we may complete them, giving us the chance to move forward on our life path. Whether old friends, previous romances, or once and future partners, their reappearance is more than mere chance. They may never know what they bring into our lives, but the renewed contact is a gift.
If this hasn’t happened to you, maybe you are meant to initiate contact by seeking out old friends. If old friends come to mind or into your dreams, use their appearance as an excuse to get in touch. If an old song or movie reminds you of them, reach out to share the gift of renewed contact. Wherever you fall in the circle of connection and reconnection, be sure to look beyond the surprise of the moment to enjoy the deeper gift that this revelation brings.

I hope your mother is back to 100%. I miss your sister already. 😘We went to early Mass today and I was thankful the rains had stopped.
